Meet the Artist
Hello there!
Hi! I'm Allison, proud creator and artist of Magnolia Press. I was born and raised in Southeast Louisiana, and still live here to this day! I'm based on the Northshore near New Orleans, one of the most electric and exciting cities in the world! Part of the inspiration for the name of my business is the magnolia flower, which is the state flower of Louisiana, a state I'm proud to live in!
Where it all started...
My passion for preservation started in college when I would pick wildflowers here and there and press them to make gifts for friends and family. I really dove into bouquet preservation at the end of 2023, turned it into a business in 2024 and haven't looked back since! I've been lucky enough to be trusted to press flowers for weddings, recitals, school dances, memorials, and more. It brings me so much joy to play a part in preserving memories from such special days in my clients' lives. I'd love to work with you to make your vision for your flowers come to life!
